A door PIN only you can give

Your phone shows a 4-digit PIN. The collector has to enter it before the collection can begin, so the chain of custody starts with proof they reached the right person.

Chain of custody

Five links, documented every time

  1. IdentityA one-time door PIN proves the collector reached the right person.
  2. CollectionTemperature-checked at collection, in the client's presence.
  3. SealTamper-evident seal applied and photographed before it leaves the room.
  4. SignaturesThe donor and the collector sign the record; a guardian signs for anyone under 18.
  5. Custody codeOne code ties the specimen, the report, and any lab result together.

Rapid results are read on site as a screening test. When a result has to hold up, the sealed specimen goes to an accredited toxicology laboratory for confirmation by LC-MS/MS.

The same rapid 13-panel read on site, then your specimen goes to a CAP-accredited laboratory for quantitative LC-MS/MS confirmation with measured levels on the report. Results in about 72 hours.

Already took the rapid test? Upgrade to lab confirmation within 2 hours of collection, right from the app.

What the neighbors see: a professional with a bag. That's all.

No uniforms, no vehicle markings, nothing to sign for at the door. Results are encrypted, released only to your account, and can sit behind Face ID. Order for yourself, or arrange a visit for a family member or a client. The results come to you.

From the Testr team

Testr is independently built in Los Angeles. A person reads every message that comes through this page. If something here doesn't answer your question, ask.

The questions people actually ask

How fast can a collector reach me?

You pick a 30-minute arrival window. The earliest is about 2 hours after you book, between 7 AM and 9 PM, any day of the week.

What does the test screen for?

All 13 panels: amphetamines, methamphetamine, THC, cocaine, opiates, oxycodone, methadone, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, tramadol, synthetic cannabinoids (K2), fentanyl, and EtG, the alcohol metabolite.

Will this hold up in a formal setting?

Every order carries a chain-of-custody code. Identity is verified at the door with a PIN before collection can begin, both parties sign, the specimen is sealed with tamper-evident tape, and laboratory confirmation adds quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis at a CAP-accredited laboratory.

What if a valid prescription causes a positive?

Tell your collector at the visit; prescriptions are noted on the record. On lab-confirmed tests the laboratory reports measured levels rather than a bare positive, which is what lets a reviewing professional account for legitimate prescribed use.

Who sees the results?

The account holder. Nobody else. Collectors can't share or download records, and Face ID lock keeps out anyone holding the phone.
